Worst company ever - Anonymous employee Mindlance Employee Review

If you're looking for a corporate hell you've found the right company. The management is the worst. I'm surprised they don't have a ball and chain to attach you to your desk. There is no work life balance and they are horrible to their employees. If you leave for lunch, work less than 50 hours a week, or talk about anything besides work you'll be threatened to be fired. I'm not sure if that's the norm in India that they are trying to carry over here. They don't pay well at all for your slave labor either. They rip contractors off for more change in their pocket as well. If they have a job odds are a reputable company like aerotek will have it too- find a recruiter from there and work with them.
