      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      Cons

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should

      Pros

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      Very good at giving raises, they treat you well aslong as you do well, benefits

      If you know anyone in management you’re probably gonna get the best job and if you don’t then you’re screwed , lots of favorites probably not you the. New guy
