Pros
What I love most about working at ModCloth is the ability to chart my own course. Because it's still a newer company, there's a lot of room to innovate and be creative. ModCloth really encourages learning and development for each employee, and supports employees who are willing to go after those opportunities. The owners of the company are very humanistic and caring toward their employees. There is a heavy emphasis placed on respect. One of the tenants of the company is "No a-holes, even if they are brilliant" and the owners have always been true to that.
Cons
Although working at a place where things are not very rigidly defined has a ton of pros, it can also create frustration because the 'answers' are not always clear. This can be challenging for anyone, but even more so for certain personality types.
