Pros

If you don’t like personal life and want divorce then this the company to work

Cons

If you get a chance to work in TSBU team then tell a big no. There is no personal life here. The workload is unimaginable. They will murder you with load. I couldn’t sleep at night. Could hardly sleep 4 to 5 hours with full nightmare dreams of workload and wake up suddenly in panic in morning no alarm needed. They will make you work with china and US timing simultaneously because the labs are in these location. The terminal team of the TSBU department is the worst in all of this worst team. The US team considers you as slaves and keeps call at 1AM 2AM . HR here are useless who will create a problem if you report these issues and also inform manager about the complaint. So ethics are in dustbin here. They will take you in with big salary so that you can’t go out and get locked for them to rip you apart. Old team members are permanent here with all politics. They will talk about PBM principles and simply target you. Don’t join TSBU team if you love your personal life. Also they will extend probation period from 6 months to 12 months and fire you in the 365th day so that you should return the joining bonus.

Pros

Benefits are very good for a company this size

Cons

Team is run based on last minute requests and on a lot of meetings to join leaving little time for your usual work. Director likes to devise “innovative” ways to get sales to give more information but instead it translates to chaotic management and more stress for demand planners. There are a lot of stress placed on leads for not getting their teams to get to unrealistic goals with an unsupportive sales team. There are hardly any consistent reviews for employees but it’s not unusual for employees themselves in PIPs. Overall I would say it’s a chaotic management style in this team. Pay hits industry average but not much more. Additionally there is an overemphasis on being in the office in this company because they recently invested millions in renovations so they track your badge swipes. There are really no company wide events to get people more unified other than a quarterly CEO town hall that managers force everyone to attend.
