1. There are many managers compared to people who actually does the work and they built in opaqueness in their ways of working.
2. They try their best to sell themselves as a Koch company. But in reality it is very much a ordinary company trying to etch as much work as possible from each employee.
3. No such thing as work life balance. Too much work and too little time. Meetings will be held on vacation days, before and after working hours because it's a MNC.
4. Benefits are not great, but whatever you get when you join is what you may have for next few years.
