Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The flexibility has made a big difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance especially compared to my previous places of employment. I have supportive and understanding management, which creates an environment where I feel comfortable asking questions and growing in my role. The people I work with are another highlight as they are genuinely enjoyable to work and laugh with. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you value a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Cons

As a perfectionist and someone who likes getting thinks done timely, stepping into a new skill set has been a learning curve, but I appreciate the confidence the company has shown in me to handle it.

Pros

This is a performance-based job. If you perform to expected standards it gets noticed. If you exceed the standards it definitely gets noticed and other positions in the company will open up, Management will go to bat for you to get you into better positions. Everyone is very friendly, and really tries to work with your schedule, You get treated like your part of the group. There is very little of the us vs them that you see in other companies.

Cons

Its performance based. If you don't perform to standards, it gets noticed, and action will be taken. The job can be a real challenge for some. But there are a lot of different roles within TDN.
