No WFH or Hybrid, strictly 5 days a week Strict monitoring of each screen activity and need complete 8 hrs without considering any lunch, tea or washroom breaks. So, 9 to 10+ hrs work is expected. Bad office Infrastructure - laptop provided is very poor quality. Very cheap around 30k. Old cubical style designs, bad chairs, Air conditioning is not proper, need to complain sevral times then start it. No appraisals or promotions. Whatever salary we negotiate at time of joining will remains for next 2-4 years. Taking casual leave is pathetic task. No office parties, HR fun Friday type events organized. No development work. Waterflow kind work pattern.
