Good rebrand, good people, good company

Change, alot of work, market challenges

None that i can think of.

Over the past year, the company has undergone major leadership changes, bringing in many new senior leaders from the same outside business. This has led to a significant shift in strategy, including moving away from established services toward more outsourced, standardized digital offerings rebranded as Mspark products. Several market adjustments and restructurings have occurred, which have created uncertainty for employees and customers. Communication from leadership is disconnected from day-to-day realities and historical performance patterns. Frequent reorganizations have resulted in high turnover, leaving the team stretched and morale low. Recent decisions like relocating headquarters and outsourcing production add to the instability. Long term viability is very low.
