Cons
The new owners and the CEO have created a toxic environment, led by fear after multiple rounds of layoffs & market cuts. In a few short years, the company went from the best company I had ever worked for, to be worst. Leadership cut every department to the bone to make Ebitda & ensure their own bonuses and have left a shell of a company with exhausted, unmotivated, & overworked employees. Every day is a fire drill, moving from one emergency situation to another, with no end in sight and no vision or plan for success.
