Pros

After termination, they provide 1 month’s extra salary. But don’t get fooled by this — that money doesn’t cover the damage to your career and confidence.

Cons

The company hires around 800–1000 freshers but only intends to keep about 200. Within just 2 weeks of joining, nearly 30% were terminated, and within 3 months, about 80% of freshers were gone. This is not due to performance alone but because the system feels designed to fail people. Freshers are made to give multiple exams in a single day, with little transparency in results. Even those scoring well are unfairly marked down. Management creates a stressful, toxic atmosphere where your efforts never feel enough. Working hours are extreme — 11–12 hours daily is mandatory, and it can go longer if tasks are pending. Instead of training and supporting, they push freshers to the breaking point. It feels like they are deliberately playing with careers, which is heartbreaking for those just starting out. Also if you managed or just lucky to get passed . Than your bond money will come . If you want to leave the will ask the bond money which is 10 lacs . So thats why senior also suggest don't join it is the worst company so passing also don't make you in peace anywhere . Also leave is also not good . Their is no criteria of sick leave . It will be deducted from your casual or earned leave if you take a sick leave.
