Pros
You'll learn a crazy amount within the first year or two. The training process is quite intense and very effective. As a large company, Mu Sigma really lets you move around and find a role that suits you. People are all young so it's a very relaxed atmosphere
Cons
No work-life balance at all. Pay is horrible, leading many talented people to jump ship after a year or two. Dhiraj (CEO) is a bit of a lunatic and the company is led by his whims, which are mostly just pointless distractions. A bit of a personality cult, to be honest. If you have a different point of view to the "org values", expect to be moved around like an object
