Pros
Top notch creme de la creme teams Amazing Culture for on-shore, Ex-Mu Sigmans lead Fortune 500 companies' Data Science departments or start companies of thier own. The CEO is a visionary genius.. But he laid us off with 1 weeks notice during the pandemic so my feelings may be biased. I guess before the pandemic, one can only look up to him for creating one of the first unicorn's in India in the data science space.
Cons
I hear india teams are a bit over-worked with work-life harmony(no work life balance) Working with remote off-shore teams has it's cons as well as pros. Cons included burning candles on both ends of the day./night to be in sync.
