Great people, smart people, a lot of hard workers. Sometimes you can work on lots of cutting edge designs or analysis. If you love space, this is the place to be.
Cons
Government controls budget, not based on performance or projects, heavily influenced by politics so budgets are low sometimes and sometimes discussions are drawn out too long so delayed or rushed decisions don't help schedule relief.
