      Pros

      NBCUniversal is more like a family than a company. Great benefits. Everyone is helpful and I feel like all of the employees are highly respected and taken care of. I was merely an intern, but I still felt like I was part of something special.

      The pace of execution can be slow, strategic direction and priorities are not always clear, and opportunities for promotion and career advancement are relatively limited.
