      Higher ups are actually human and understanding, coworkers are fun and supportive, pay is more than reasonable for a “beginner” job.

      Cons

      Adherence is strict, quality assurance can be strict, things update and change constantly, communication can be lacking from the top down, be prepared for burn out.
