      - Great culture - Compensation was fair - Benefits were great

      Cons

      - Talent retention - No proper training - Lack of job aides - Job functions were unclear and changed quickly - No proper leadership in role - Tasks often felt rushed and final products reflected this - Lack of 1 on 1's or any sort of performance reviews to indicate what could be improved

We will follow up with local management to understand opportunities to improve training and the on-boarding experience.
