NFP continues to target extremely bright and energetic employees creating an outstanding culture with an entrepreneurial spirit throughout the organization. Ample opportunity for growth without the typical bureaucracy that exists in other employers of NFP’s size. The management team continues to be extremely transparent and shows real interest in developing their employees.
Cons
Like all growing organizations, communication can sometimes be a challenge although it is clear that improving this is a priority for the organization.
