Constantly changing rules regarding time off, vacation, insurance, etc. ***Potential new hires beware***: Don't believe them in telling you the "bonus" will make up for the lower salary they want to give you. They just had their second best year in the 111 year history, but the bonus was only .84%, far from the over 3% the previous year. The insurance is far from the "best around" they will sell you on. And if you're salary, get ready to be treated like hourly, until it's time to travel on weekends or go to doctor's appointments. You will be treated like a child.
