      Too big of a corporate which means you get little fulfilment for doing the job as you only ever oversees a little part of the whole project and don't have a real impact

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
