      It's a typical retail job so the work isn't hard, the employee discount at the store is a really good deal as well.

      Cons

      At times the store can get really crowded so then you're really busy, there were a few times where there was not enough staff compared to the crowd.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
