      Speaking up is frowned upon; Management and senior management are considered to have a very hypocritical work ethic; Nepotism at the work place; Indoctrinating a American work environment in which employees are expected to compete with each other instead of working as a team; No retaliation policy is not treated with respect.

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
