My experience working at the Corporate Information Security GRC function in India Capability Centre (GRC-ICC) - Information Security Analyst NIKE Employee Review

-Work is unstructured and there is no clear distinction of the job responsibilities of different analysts in the CIS GRC function at ICC -Cross training in the CIS GRC-ICC is too aggressive and did not leave me time to even get settled - There is constant politics and infighting, and a clear unprofessional, manipulative and untrustworthy atmosphere and culture that is prevailing - Onsite leadership for CIS GRC-ICC lacks knowledge and competency, and acts unethically, playing extremely manipulative, divisive tactics which is ruining the culture - Due to this, there is unfortunately a lot of discrimination and harassment experienced by staff - Only favorites are promoted and supported despite their lack of professionalism and ethics
