Communication is great with people inside the company. Transparent enough for me. Its an umbrella company under Chenega MIOS.

Contractual work for smaller companies always has downsides if contracts are not awarded.

I was fortunate enough to work in one of the better business units, which meant working with very knowledgeable people and a free-flowing exchange of ideas and information. Good people, good morale, flexible hours, competitive salary.

Current/new employees are paying for the mistakes the company made in the past. In recent years, the company promoted people simply for being on the payroll longer than others, that logic has come back to haunt them. Employees who have worked hard to achieve industry certifications and/or Bachelor's/Master's degrees are barely even recognized let alone promoted. Those that are left behind are hoarding information and stonewalling processes in an effort to keep their jobs.
