      Supportive and friendly colleagues. Policies are good.

      Cons

      Some time Employees are moved to the bench without proper communication. Job Stability can be uncertain, and layoffs may happen suddenly. Workload can very high during project deadlines. Most of the projects are short term projects like 3 to 4 months projects. Some process could beimproved for better efficiency.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
