      They offered great benefits, pay and flexible hours. It was also in a great location. Interview was smooth and easy.

      Cons

      RESCINDED my job offer 1 business day before I was supposed to start working there. The reason they gave was "the client cancelled the contract."

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
