      Latest technology Great co-workers Diversity in engagements Flexibility in work, I.E. time if needed, work unsupervised, time to study and train

      Cons

      Easy to be pigeon holed into one technology (pro and con) Relies on customer needs for technology deployment (what customers want - not what vendors push). When a project is required to put in 110% it is expected (but supported by management) Often overtime is not costed but still required, so time in lieu is available but not cash

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
