      Pros

      Pay is above scale with good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Management at all levels is cliquish and vitriolic, constantly fighting a game of one upmanship with other regional and department management. Morale and enthusiasm are in rapid decline. People spent half their time doing their job and half looking to work someplace else.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
