Pros

Young dynamic work force and senior management encourage working place collaboration. Lots of consultancy work so plenty of travel. Most people of helpful especially London office. Career path is there as the company is growing but limited. They do have a training budget and encouraged to do training. They pay market rates. Globally very big company but uk it's a combo of small companies under the name brand so can have its challenges. Good pension scheme. No one to really hold you back to try different things out. Work life balance is good depending on your manager attitude.

Cons

Digital practice are quite aggressive and do not have a good reputation internally so do some of the ex telco staff as they now run the place. Birmingham staff very grumpy but other offices staff are OK. Expenses policy needs updating, I. E travel Lodge. Can be difficult to get things done due to lots of companies they brought out still act alone. Difficult to go up the ladder especially if you not part of the inner circle of lower management.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
