      Pros

      They seem to be trying to generate business and opportunities for growth in the US.

      Cons

      They changed the bench policy in April of 2018 to a much shorter time period than previous years. This is causing a lot of strife among employees and there is a rumor that layoffs will now occur quarterly. The internal jobs posted are not always open, they seem to be staffing for projects that have not been signed yet, so when you apply for an internal job you are told that it is on hold.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
