Pros
Few projects are good and have onsite opportunity.
Cons
Everything is based on the project and the manager. Many projects specially the projects under the CIS consider the employees as slaves. No respect, no promotion, no salary hike, cant use our PL's and sick leaves. but they suck the work as much they can. The management is completely biased towards the managers and are least bothered of the employees.
