Acquired Keane and named itself NTT Data india

1) Weak managers - who spent more time are managers now no managerial compentency 2) Fires employees as soon as project ends - At the time of Hire HR will not tell that as soon as you end up with project you will get a mail on same day that you are releaved and put on bench for 15or 30 days and during that time company will find new project for you. if company is not succesful in finding project then Your last day will be this (it is mentioned in mail). Does not matter how much time you spent with company. so the moment you get this mail your times starts now!! 3) Not for experianced guys ...only for strugglers and freshers who want a break in IT. 4) Micromanagement power house - 2 times you have to update your work morning and late night call. 5) All people try to behave like managers and push work to others and sit back and watch the show. 6) Very small clients...work on very narrow margins. Most big clients ran away from them. 7) Onsite carrot to emplyees and send people onsite after giving them peanuts in salaries here. 8) Poor pay master 9) No process in company adhock work DAY AND NIGHT ... 10) Work late nights kind of atmosphere 11) company runnig mosty on freshers and hiring and firing is routine job. 12 ) Company was known before as keane india. changed name or got acquired to bring new identiy in market. do not waste your time, career and get demoralised. If you are experianced. try to STAY away from this company if you have another offer in hand then think twice.

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
