Most projects are on client side so the client's culture affect the overall work culture. The managers are good and most of them are young and professional.
Cons
Finding the right project is a challenge sometimes. NTT Data bought a lot of companies in the last few years. Overall there may be a great number of projects but not all are accessible. So chances are people are stuck with no-growth projects some time.s
