      Great staff, after been hired I did interviews with the teams that were working in current customers and I was allocated to the one who most fit with my profile. The team had to wish me and I had to wish them.

      Cons

      The induction to the team should be quicker, sometimes I lost more than one week just to discover how to configurate the project.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
