      Good team and company valued on the market

      I feel like starting salary is too low and company is going through changes very quickly and can be struggling with communication of the change. Very conservative, bureaucracy and lack of flexibility is slowing it down customer wise.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
