Pros

Steady paycheck hits the bank account every 2 weeks.

Cons

Don't let the unlimited time off fool you - you're lucky to be able to take 2 weeks a year. Staffing is a joke. They hire unqualified staff into key positions because the new staff don't have enough experience to know how to do the job and won't question the senior management. The people with the expertise and experience, if they don't get pushed out, won't speak up for fear of losing their jobs. Conflicts of interest abound. CEO doesn't like vendors and either cancels contracts or delays payments. There are so many competing priorities that, with the very limited resources available, it's impossible to make progress on any project. Key personnel are given projects to work on, but are prohibited from communicating with other staff in order to be successful in providing a finished work product. This company is toxic. If you care about your career, walk away.

Pros

Easy job with strong funding.

Cons

Horrific work environment, no raises, no room for growth. The worst company I have ever worked for.
