      increased vacation for starting employees, possible increases in salary, the outgoing CEO is a very down to earth man and loves to hear about engineering problems

      Cons

      Downsizing to meet business profits, same story different quarter, incoming CEO is financially focused (CFO) concerns over squeezing every penny

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
