For example, our department has increased L&D by 15% - Amazing people and teams that are kind (maybe to a fault) - Many reorganizations occurring - alignment with TSIA (technical support industry association) to enable better customer experience

      Cons

      - Information silos among internal organizations which makes supporting customer experience difficult - Not enough resources and head count - Many reorganizations occurring - slow moving

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
