Pros

Safe and stable at home office, low stress

Cons

Frustrating if you want to work for a winner, not willing to make changes that need to be made, no direction (better recently, but we'll see if we follow through), a lot depends on who you work for.. inconsistent HR policies, some areas are better with work life balance than others, same for promotional and developmental opportunities.

Pros

Room for advancement outside CRE, great culture overall the work life balance is great. Pay and benefits are competitive. Nationwide as a whole has a fantastic Culture, however not all departments are equal.

Cons

its hard to write out cons, overall I really enjoyed my time at nationwide. However the department I was in was ran was ran by a clique IE high school drama and gags. if your in, your in.

Pros

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
