Pros
Growing company. Sound financially. If you get the right manager-it can be a good place to work at.
Cons
Very political. They essentially hand pick who they want to promote and move them right along-bypassing senior adjusters with more experience. There does not appear to be any loyalty to the employees. They have history of contracting and expanding on a regular basis. I.E. one bad year and they start laying people off, then it turns aroudn the next year and they go on big hiring kick. When they do start laying off in certain departments, they do not really try to place those individuals in other departments. They make them re-apply to work at the company and make them compete for positions not only against other employees within-but outside applicants as well. It would be hard to guarantee anyone long term growth at this company unless you are one of the "chosen ones" within the inner circle.
