Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, flexible hours

Cons

Management is totally incompetent and treats you like a child. The center is set up as a micromanaged call center, and they don't actually train you to do the job they hire you for.

Pros

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
