Pros
Different every day. Co-workers are helpful and supportive. Full access to LEXIS. Computer and other work tools are are good. Work life balance is pretty good.
Cons
Way, way, way too many VPs. Home Office hinders our work rather than helps. The Commercial Unit is hopeless. Arrogance in Columbus and Des Moines by not listening to people in the the field. Vindictive behavior by management is becoming ingrained.
