Pros
there are some good positions at nationwide but I haven't found it yet. I feel very secure at my position. The department that I am currently in has had some serious management turnover. 8 managers in 5 years. 1 manager was actually very good and didn't put up with some of the BS that's going on.
Cons
A few people on the team are treated like their the "golden child". They can do no wrong and can do whatever they want (like no shows for meetings, work whenever they want (including from home), take extended lunch breaks).
