Upper management is terrible. They will take your ideas as their own when it benefits them. They will also throw your name out there to deflect attention from them. You are expected to cover all hours, sometimes into the early hours of the morning. There were days I started at 5AM and went home at midnight only to be expected back in the office at five the next morning. Shady business practices and manipulating compliance audits are the norm.
