Pros
I feel like the store level mangers do care but their hands are tied by corporate and the share holders and can only do so much. After working there many years I am actually happier now than when we had an abundance of help. Everyone HAS to pull there weight! Times change and always will so hang on and deal with it or find another job, BUT THE GRASS IS NOT ALWAYS GREENER....
Cons
Not enough associates to be able to cover some wanted weekends off any more, Part time people don't care enough to make that connection with our customers, and sometimes don't care enough to even show up for work and then that of course puts extra work and stress on us ,and hurts the customers
