Pros

Employee discount 401k with match Pre-tax parking garage deductions Some managers are nice, helpful but very obviously over worked and frustrated

Cons

Health Insurance is beyond terrible! Extremely high deductibles and very high monthly premiums. Worst insurance I’ve ever had. Makes your okay salary worth even less. During my interview not much was shared about benefits (even after asking) and I know why now. Minimal vacation days - any increase over their 15 days (a lot of holidays days like Black Friday aren’t days off) is reserved for executives. Very antiquated approval systems for taking time off, and at the accrual rate of a little over a day each month have fun feeling like you can actually take off. No flexibility to work from home either. This place feels like a prison. Salary is on the low end and work load is intense. HR cannot help you with anything. Don’t even bother asking about benefits or other questions you have. They will be ignored or responded to without an answer. Disorganized and unhelpful. Overall I feel like I’m working at a company that is struggling to survive... so much spin, conflicting direction and information, and expectations to do the jobs of 2-3 people extremely quickly (without adequate compensation). There is ZERO sense of community, no one talks to each other unless to complain. There’s an overall feel that people at executive levels are just passing through without intent to stay long. Not much for morale. Working downtown is horrible. Expensive parking garages and traffic gridlock means it takes 45 minutes just to get out of downtown between 5-6:30 pm.

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

good pay, good retired tech/fashion prop sales, hour long lunches

Cons

terrible work environment with whole bunch of eating disorder talk and projection at models (even from some management), management makes everyone stay until 4:30 even when all the minimum work requirement (and oftentimes more) is done, they will write you up for something extremely small then dismiss a big thing from another employee, terrible communication between managers therefore terrible communication to employees, employees get publicly ridiculed when they're just asking questions even amidst the terrible communication issues that are already there,
