      Pros

      The good thing about working at NM is that there is a lot of room for career growth and development. Once you are in, they are all about promoting from within and you can really take your career in any direction.

      Cons

      Retail in general does not pay well and NM is no exception. Salary increases and promotions are few and far between.

      * If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

      Cons

      * If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.
