Pros
The staffs are generally nice, customers are pretty divided between crazy and sweet - skewed toward the very wealthy of course. Restaurant hours and benefits are GREAT.
Cons
Corporate policies sometimes strangle creativity and innovation. Holidays restrictions are realistic but still a bummer.
