Terrible Company to Work - People Services Generalist Neiman Marcus Employee Review

My manager was awful. She didn’t properly communicate, didn’t have team meetings, workload was ridiculous, pay was very low. We were volunteered for extra work even though we were already overwhelmed. Very old systems to work in and navigate. Our manager constantly gave us her work to do while she was at home working.
