No gratis Insurance is the worst EXPENSIVE Only work 37 hours vs 40 Commission is only 3% and 3% outside of beauty for example…. Shoes bags jewelry RTW Stock is the worst Never getting a raise so ask for at-least $27 an hr NO PTO it’s vacation and you only get a week or so of it your first year. Not a work life balance No room to grow into your career
