Pros
Amazing management; so friendly, understanding, and always emphasizing team work. Pay is great for a day shift (they're only open during store hours). Neiman Marcus as a company itself is a great employer with good benefits.
Cons
Not really any to speak of, honestly. Yes you have the random rude guest but those are few and far between and are found at any restaurant.
